Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive French language lessons tailored to students' needs and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and active learning.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents on their performance and offer guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, teaching materials, and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies in the classroom.
- Encourage and support students' participation in French-related activities and events within the school and in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in French or a relevant field.
- Experience teaching French to primary or secondary school students.
- Native or near-native proficiency in French language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of French culture, history, and literature.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons using multimedia resources.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in nurturing students' language skills and cultural understanding.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall development of the school's language program.
