We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our online presence through various paid media channels.
Role Overview :
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising all elements of our paid media campaigns.
This includes social media advertising, Google Ads, Reddit, Programmatic Advertising, Exchanges, and App store ads. You should be able to report and analyse performance quickly, modify and create assets as needed,
and follow the process all the way through the funnel to ensure optimal results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including social media, Google Ads, Reddit, programmatic advertising, exchanges, and app store ads.
- Performance Analysis : Quickly report on and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Full-Funnel Management : Follow the entire process from initial ad creation to final conversion, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance at every stage.
- Budget Management : Allocate and manage budgets across different platforms to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and content creators to develop cohesive and effective ad campaigns.
- A / B Testing : Implement A / B testing strategies to continually improve ad performance.
- Stay Updated :
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various paid media platforms, including social media advertising, Google Ads, Reddit, programmatic advertising, exchanges, and app store ads.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in modifying and creating advertising assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar would be a great advantage.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing for ROI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with A / B testing methodologies and tools.
- To understand and if possible be able to modify and create advertising assets as needed to ensure campaigns remain fresh and effective.
