Employment Opportunity :
The Board of Trustees wish to provideopportunities for motivated, passionate and skilled Midday Supervisors to join our Inclusion Team.
Applicants will have knowledge of how to support children with special needs over lunch.There are 2 possible opportunities and the post holder will initially be deployed either to Greenhill Early Development Inclusion Hub or Richmond Early Development Inclusion Hub supporting our pupils with Special educational needs and / or Disabilities, future deployments may be to any academy across the Oldham hub.
The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 15 schools. This brings with it exciting opportunities for career progression and development for existing and future employees.
The successful candidate will have :
- Experience of supporting and interacting with children with special needs over lunch.
- Ability to work under supervision and as a member of a team
- Interpersonal skills to communicate well with children and to command attention
- Ability to be flexible and to work on own initiative within school guidelines
- Understanding of safeguarding and recognising the importance of ensuring a secure and safe environment for pupils
