Position Overview : As the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Foster relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- US or UK citizen or have working rights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
