Safeguarding children is multifaceted with challenges that demand specialised knowledge and a diverse skill set. In this role you will engage in a variety of safeguarding activities.

These include offering advice and support to frontline practitioners, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in a range of safeguarding meetings, including multiagency strategy discussions.

This is a vital role that actively contributes to the development and delivery of safeguarding training programs across the Trust.

You will be supporting the safeguarding assurance process by contributing to internal and external audits.

Assisting in the dissemination of learning from Rapid reviews and child safeguarding practice reviews (CSPR's).
