Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role :
- Accurately process invoices and payments
- Perform reconciliation of accounts
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors
- Adhere to standard accounting principles
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have :
- 2 years+ working in a similar Accounts Payable role
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
