Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive support professional with an interest in the Higher Education and / or legal sectors, to play an important role at one of the world’s leading universities.
As our Legal and Regulatory Affairs Operations Officer, you will work primarily with the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Team, and from time-to-time certain other Professional Services teams, to provide outstanding, consistent and proactive oversight and coordination support.
You will also support the Deputy University Secretary & General Counsel with proactive and high-quality support (such as diary management, document production, meeting coordination and support),
and may from time to time provide support to other Directors in the Division.
- An undergraduate degree
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, working collaboratively with others
- Experience of establishing, managing and maintaining administrative systems and processes and keeping accurate records
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and plan workload
- Knowledge / understanding of governance
- Knowledge / understanding of the Higher Education Sector
