The Role
This is a crucial hire for the business and the first growth focused role for the UK, which will develop into the Head of Growth as a clear progression route.
This is a chance to bring a cult product (NPS 90), to the masses, with a considerable budget.
You will own the growth strategy, testing roadmap, optimisation and reporting! With a team underneath.
About You
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience, with at least some years spent at a high-growth B2C scale-up
- An expert in Growth,
Marketing and Product with proven success in managing large customer acquisition and retention programmes.
- Strong track record of driving growth and proven leadership experience
- Strategically minded with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the detail
- A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Experience in marketing for parents and children a plus
