Job Description

- Manage and monitor income collection procedures
- Prepare financial reports and budgets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency
- Implement financial policies and adhere to regulatory standards
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure financial security
- Develop strategies to improve financial performance
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the team






- Handle customer queries and concerns regarding payments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Income Officer should have :

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Profound knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
- Strong numerical skills and an analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
