Our client is one of the most successful business advisory firms in the UK and we are helping them hire Associate Directors for their restructuring practice, to work on a mix of advisory and formal appointments.
Their partners have developed a strong understanding of business through time spent working in industry and in other jurisdictions and as a firm they are represented on every lender panel throughout the UK.
Their goal is to return business to financial health and avoid formal insolvency whenever possible. Their restructuring advisory and insolvency team has a proven record of accomplishment of stabilising businesses .
They provide expert commercial advice to businesses and their investors, creditors and,
if need be, courts, that aims to protect and maximise value for all
Their clients range from UK based SMEs to multi-billion dollar international groups. They will act quickly and collaboratively to help achieve the right outcome, whether from a turnaround or a formal insolvency process, if that is the best option.
Their restructuring team numbers over staff across the UK and is also part a global network that operates in over countries.
