- Working closely with the founders
- Defining strategy, refining process, and driving excellence across Customer Success
- Grow out Customer Success team

Desired Skills / Experience :







The Head of Customer Success will have a solid background in client facing roles across the Ad Tech or agency space.

- Ideally 6+ years in Account Management
- Programmatic and / or Mobile experience desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively and make sense of complex data
