Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons to secondary school students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support student learning and understanding.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attainment.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Physics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Physics curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
