Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Woolwich area to join their team.

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor :
- Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
- Bonuses
- Car allowance
- On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
- Fixed geographical area to work in
- Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance

As a Residential Surveyor your role will involve :
- Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys Level 1 and 2 Surveys
- Produce accurate property reports using market leading IPad technology
- Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
- Attend Regional meetings
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role :
- Experience as a practising Surveyor
- RICS Membership
- VRS registered
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Technical expertise in Surveying
- Ability to work in fast paced organisation
