We're on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated UK qualified KS3-KS5 Business and Economics Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Lambeth, London, on a permanent basis starting September 2024.

The Role :
- Teach engaging and interactive lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities across Years 9 - 13
- Develop and deliver an enriching curriculum that encompasses both theoretical knowledge and real-world application, equipping students with essential skills for success
- Support and mentor students as they navigate their academic journey, providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback
- Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and independent thinking
- Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions to ensure every student reaches their full potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop innovative teaching strategies,
and contribute to the continuous improvement of our school community.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience teaching Business and / or Economics at KS3-KS5 level, with a track record of achieving excellent results
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing the academic, personal, and social development of every student
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
- A reflective practitioner who is dedicated to their own professional growth and actively seeks opportunities for continuous development
