You will find an interesting and diverse client base that is made up of affluent HNW individuals, OMB, SME's and some well-known brands.
The firm has recently been involved in several high-profile pieces of litigation, working on the other side of large City and US practices.
You will find the firm has a strong International presence with many of its clients having overseas interests, they are also part of a global network of independent law firms.
This alliance provides the firm with a constant flow of interesting work.
The firm stands at 90 members of staff. They are a dynamic practice that doesn't have the corporate red tape and bureaucracy of larger firms, and as such they can act quickly on spotting trends and opportunities quickly, also you will find that the firm can reward and progress staff based more on merit than competencies.
The firm has a track record of developing and nurturing its legal talent, as such they have a growing number of "homegrown partners".

The role
This leading West End practice is seeking to hire a White Collar Partner.
The firm currently has a successful litigation practice, which is currently thriving. Litigation is a core practice area of the firm, litigation is split into three core areas;
business crime, property litigation, and commercial litigation.
The White Collar department is currently very busy and as such, is seeking to grow by way of an additional partner.
You will work alongside a highly regarded, L500-ranked White Collar / Business crime partner .
You will work with the partner to drive the department forwards, leading and mentoring more junior members of the team.
The caseload will include but not be limited to; high-profile and complex corporate criminal investigations, prosecutions, and compliance matters involving bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, and sanctions.
The caseload will be varied and will make for an interesting role.
Requirement
- You will be a White Collar / Business Crime Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, in line with the firms growth plans
- You should have strong technical experience
- Good business development experience is of advantage
- First-class communication skills are essential
