Head of Learning and Development - Fitness and Leisure -

Stockport, Greater Manchester / Cheshire

Up to £45,000 +excellent benefits

We are looking for a Head of Learning and Development to join the senior leadership team of a leading fitness and leisure operator who continue to evolve, grow and break new ground with their latest innovations.

People and culture are the key to their success and the successful post holder will work with key stake holders to develop their L&D; strategy and employee engagement programme in line with their core values to help engage, motivate, retain, develop and advance their people.

Are CIPD / Training qualified.







Have held a senior leadership Learning and Development post in a multi-site consumer services environment within leisure, hospitality or retail.

Have a developed employee engagement programmes.

Have worked in a multi-faceted matrix environment.

Have stake holder management experience at all levels.

Live within commuting distance of Stockport, Greater Manchester / Cheshire.

Have a passion for health / fitness and wellbeing.
