44 per hour / £15,.65 per annum (Pro rata of £22,.79)We have a new role available join the Beaverbrooks Recruitment team at our Office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
As the Beaverbrooks Recruitment Administrator, you will be part of a small team that supports the hiring managers in our 85 stores & our office departments, to attract and retain the best possible people for our business.
You will be an ambassador of Beaverbrooks and will give a great first impression when welcoming all new colleagues on board.
Working hours are 25.5 hours per week which can be spread over 4 5 days.
There would be a requirement for Mondays and Thursdays to be working days however we can be flexible on when the other hours could be worked, between Monday Friday.
There may also be the option for some seasonal overtime between September - November if desired. This role is based at one of our offices in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
Role ResponsibilitiesSetting up new starter filesCarrying out reference checks (by email or phone)Arranging, booking, and inviting new starters to inductionsBooking induction accommodation and training rooms where necessaryPrinting and sending materials for inductions.
Assisting with the distribution of laptops for training days and carrying out any updates when required.Putting together and sending of job offer letters and new starter contracts via our ATSMaintaining recruitment and training recordsAbout BeaverbrooksEstablished in , we have 85 locations across the UK.
