ABOUT THE ROLE :

As part of the team, you’ll be a creative problem solver, ensuring businesses utilize advertising solutions efficiently and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Consultative Guidance : Provide expert advice to sales teams and clients on best practices and product setups.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and prioritize technical advertising issues, escalating when necessary for further troubleshooting.
- Effective Communication : Clearly communicate technical resolutions and workarounds to both internal and external teams.
- Customer Experience : Ensure high-quality support for advertising bugs, meeting all support SLAs.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.

ABOUT YOU :







- 2+ years of AdTech experience in a technical role
- Experience on the app side of online advertising
- Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation
- Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
- Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Restful APIs
- Familiarity with SQL
