Overviewof the job
We are hiring for anAccount Manager to join our UK Client Services team. This role istasked with delivering best in class client service;
executing endto end influencer marketing campaigns across a variety of brandsand media agencies with a specific focus on a key seven figureclient!
You will report directly to an AccountDirector assisting client growth and retention under the Directorof Client Services.

cutting edge fullfunnel influencermarketing campaigns content shoots (at retail locations and studioshoots) and events (in the UK andabroad)
This is acreativelycharged account and brand team. The Account Manager willhave an opportunity to help shape the creative output and be activein creative and strategic conversations as well as coming up withideas and writing creative briefs / vetting creatortreatments.

Measuresof success
In thefirst few months you wouldhave :
Beenfully onboarded as a new member of theteam
Embedded yourselfwithin the account and amongst senior members of the brandteam
Become a trusted andvalued voice within the wider agency group who service the account(e.g Media Agency PR Agency Creative Agencyetc)
Will likely havedelivered a least a couple of brand campaigns and be more alignedand attuned to the brand TOV core audience and ways ofworking
Become familiar withour inhouse tools systems and daytoday processes andprocedures
Roles&Responsibilities; :
Leaddaytoday campaign tasks across the Account Executives including butnot limited to : Creator sourcing negotiation and contractingbriefing content vetting golive andreporting
Support AccountDirector in client level communications helping to build and fosterstrong client relationships manage expectations and share updatesand actions
Be the drivingforce on campaign timings creating timelines and ensuring that theclient creators and wider team are aware of key milestones anddelivery dates
Oversee andmanage your respective campaigns via our platform Waves ensuringthe wider team have accurately uploaded content and organisedcreator payments.
Expertknowledge of the creator community : responsible for building andnurturing relationships with creators and managing comms withcreators and talent managementagencies.
Oversee or help tooversee campaign execution at a client level with support from theAccount Director
Assist theAccount Director on thought provoking creative strategy andcampaign executiontactics
Write inspiring andcreativelycharged creator briefs with occasional virtual briefingsessions with creators / talentmanagers
Lead on creatingPost Campaign Analysis reports demonstrating an ability to convertdata and campaign insights into key learnings & able toconfidently present toclients
An exceptionalperformer and highly organised & effective leader focusedon continuously improving client service and delivery for highimpactresults
Whatyou willneed :
Severalyears working in an agency or brand within client servicesinfluencer marketing advertising social media and / orcreative
Experience inaccount management and creatormanagement
Experience indelivering postcampaignanalysis
Experience inreviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with anunderstanding of usage and paymentterms
High energy andability to multitask with a real ability to quickly prioritiseacross several projects
Aproven team player with a proactive and positive approach toachieving goals and supporting the work ofothers
Able to build strongrapport and relationships both internally andexternally
