Computer Science Teacher Rochdale September
We are specifically working with a secondary school in Rochdale who are recruiting for a qualified computing teacher, you will be required to teach key stage 3 & 4 from September, on an ongoing until May half term of 2025.
You will be required to become fully immersed in the department, attend departmental meetings and be available for parents evenings as and when required.
As well as deliver lessons that are both engaging and academically appropriate to stretch the students in the classes.
The role will be open to newly qualified teachers (ECT) as well as teachers who have more experience, we pay from M1 to M6.
This is a part-time role with four days a week,
which is perfect for someone hunting for a work life balance.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree educated with a good classification (2 : 2).
PGCE and QTS
Previous experience working of working with young people (which we can reference).
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however training can be provided).
Up to date prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training can be provided).
Up to date behaviour management & FGM training in the last year (essential, however, training can be provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST :
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional children related references
