Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field graded a 2 : 1 or higher
- Experience teaching English at secondary level (Key Stage 3, 4, and 5) is preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and a passion for helping students succeed
