Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to begin your teaching journey in a dynamic and supportive environment? Join our energetic team in central Lancaster, where we have exciting openings for ECTs in KS1 and KS2 for both short and long-term cover roles.
Flexibility and adaptability in working across different year groups within Key Stages 1 and 2 are essential. With availability for 5 days a week, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, you'll gain valuable experience and develop your skills as you embark on this fulfilling career path.
About the Role :
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives,
fostering their academic growth and personal development.
As a supply teacher, you can choose between day-to-day assignments or long-term placements, where available. Opportunities Available :
We offer roles in Early Years, KS1, and KS2 on both long-term and short-term bases, depending on your availability and suitability for schools.

Essential Requirements :
- Relevant qualifications (PGCE, QTS).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years, KS1, or KS2 curriculum.
- Ability to provide two professional references from the last five years (one must be a child-based safeguarding reference).
