Importantly, Senior Business Change Managers will work collegially and collectively with service leaders, key business stakeholders, and the broader Organisational Change professionals.

Through these collaborations you’ll systemise and professionalise change across the Service, and jointly develop approaches to achieve shared objectives.

An effective communicator and facilitator, capable of coaching,

mentoring, and influencing both colleagues and senior leaders.
