Construction Dispute Resolution Lawyer (7+ Years PQE) Glasgow and / or Edinburgh
Brief
We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced lawyer with 7+ years PQE to join our Construction, Advisory and Disputes team in Glasgow and / or Edinburgh.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will :
- Have deep experience in construction and engineering disputes and advisory work at an established private practice firm or large in-house practice, with a focus on the infrastructure, energy and / or real estate sectors
- Be able to manage both disputes and teams effectively, with consistently excellent service delivery and very strong technical skills
- Have a very strong academic background, with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Contribute to the development of the business, through client relationships and networks
- Be commercially aware, operating efficiently and with an interest in innovation
- Proactively seek out development opportunities for themselves and others
- Be qualified in Scotland and / or England & Wales
