KeyResponsibilities :
- Planand deliver engaging ageappropriate activities that inspirecuriosity and creativity.
- Create a warm andnurturing environment where children feel safe happy andvalued.
- Support the social emotional andphysical development of each child.
- Workclosely with parents and carers to ensure every childs needs aremet.
- Observe and track the progress of childrenmaintaining accurate records.
- Promote positivebehaviour and encourage teamwork and respect among thechildren.
Requirements :
- Experienceworking in a nursery or early yearssetting.
- Passionate about child development andearly education.
- Excellent communication andteamwork skills.
- A positive patient andcreative approach toteaching.
