We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Advisor to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Job Description :
As a Care Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding our clients and their families through the process of understanding their care needs, exploring options, and coordinating the best possible support.
This role involves building relationships with clients, offering expert advice, and ensuring they receive high-quality care that meets their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to understand the individual care needs of clients.
- Provide personalized care plans and recommendations based on client needs.
- Offer advice and guidance on care options, services, and financial considerations.
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and care providers to coordinate services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and care plans.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about changes in care standards, regulations, and available resources.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a care advisor or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and compassion with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of care services, healthcare, or social work (desirable).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for record-keeping.
