We’re looking for An Operations Controller Data Support to join our Logistics team! Within this role you’ll support the control of data / data housekeeping / overall reporting improvement / alignment across all Operational departments and Shifts.

This role will be predominantly based at our Warehouse in Shaw, Oldham and there will also be a requirement to travel to our site in Heywood.

Hours : This role will be 38.5 hours per week Monday Friday 8am 4pm.

What will you do as an Operations Controller Data Support at N Brown?







Support Ops managers / SOM and Head of Operations with overall reporting accuracy and improvement to drive single document usage across all shifts and departments.

Drive data capturing of worked hours both core and agency to improve overall working hours for both core and agency colleagues.

Reduce reliance of MILO reports and drive a great usage of MI reporting via transferring of data and reliance as well as training to all shifts.

Ensure that Housekeeping activities across all areas are conducted on time and in full. (Ops control / Ops managers / Stock management).

Centralise all MI / data requests from the operational team, Triage / support internal MI central team development and delivery.

Review all current MI reports to determine usage levels and advise options to continually stream line reporting by creating set data platforms i.

e. (Stock Management / Operational activities etc).







Conduct reviews with the Logistics MI team to drive Central MI reports either adjustment to new report or existing reporting to strengthen the data provision to the Operational team.

Support the weekly generation of ER reports. (Driving accuracy as well simplifying reporting).

Reduce reliance of Excel report usage.

Create one central repository of reports for ease of access, Excel / MI etc.

Supporting working sessions with Ops managers / SOM and wider team to improve cross functional reporting requirements & accuracy.

What skills and experience will you have?

You’ll have experience of Data Management and Data reporting ideally within a Logistics / operations environment.
