Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to deliver high-level organisational and administrative support and report into the Group Chief Procurement Officer.
You will also support the Head of UKI Procurement, TPRM & Global Strategic Pricing and the Group Head of Real Estate and Workplace ensuring management of their time and priorities.
Responsibilities include :
Operational Support
Manage all incoming / outgoing communications for the Executive by filtering, reverting to others and responding to internal and external clients.
Collaborate daily across multiple time zones in the management of diaries to prioritise and co-ordinate appointments and maximise time efficiency for Executive and members of the Leadership Team.
- Gerneral Administration
- Ensure administrative support including room bookings and venue management; travel arrangements both overseas and UK; Expense management and control of the corporate purchasing card (as apt);
co-ordinate office and desk moves including coordination with Facilities; IT equipment and onboarding for all unbased employees
Teamworking
Partner with other PAs and EAs within Experian and externally to ensure management and organisation of Board, Customer, Supplier and Senior Leadership Meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a personal or executive assistant
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office 365 applications ncluding Excel and PowerPoint
- Use initiative and work independently
- Previous experience working and building credibility with Executive level client groups
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Prioritise, manage and plan successfully.
