Job Description :
As an Entry Level Sales Executive , you will work directly with customers in various face-to-face environments, including residential visits, pop-up events, and community-based campaigns.
Your primary responsibility will be to present our energy products and services to prospective customers, guiding them to choose solutions that lower their bills and improve their energy efficiency.
This role combines sales with customer engagement, requiring a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities :
- Approach potential customers in person at local events, residential settings, and community locations to present our energy products.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, explaining energy-saving benefits and options to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Tailor your approach to meet each customer’s specific needs, providing personalized advice and recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement, relationship-building, and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback using our internal CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on energy market developments, product updates, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales campaigns and improve customer outreach.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any queries or concerns promptly.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK ( unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas ).
- Must be available for full-time work, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Applicants must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting positions in the last 30 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is beneficial but not essential full training provided.
- Self-driven and target-oriented,
with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team, adapting quickly to different environments and challenges.
