Salary package : up to £ 29,000

Floor Supervisor
- Supervise and lead front of house team
- Ensure service is maintained at the utmost of quality levels
- Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable)
- Receive and serve orders to guests in a timely fashion
- Perform blind cash drop in safe at the end of shift
- Proficient food and beverage knowledge
- Supervise servers, runners, bussers and bar staff
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the
service as directed by the restaurant managers
- Maintain par sheets and par levels
- Assist with scheduling of the front of house team
- Oversee opening and closing duties when on duty
- Suggest incentives and initiatives for floor staff
- Drive initiatives and support manager’s decisions
- Ensure beverage and service is maintained at the utmost of quality levels and all front of
house is trained in food safety and alcohol service
The successful candidate will :
- Be fluent in English
- Spanish knoledge (desirable)
- Have at least 2 yaers experience in a similar leadership role
- Have a valid right to work in the UK
- Excellent management, delegation and presentation skills
- Strong influence, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and
creative solution generation skills
Possess basic financial acumen and have the ability to handle money and operate a
cash register
- Able to quickly integrate into a team and be recognised as a leader
- Finds problem areas, develops solutions
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours
