About theRole :
- Provide strategicleadership and direction for the Girls PE program aligning with theschools overall vision and educationalgoals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensiveand engaging PE curriculum that fosters a love of sport andphysical activity in all girls.
- Oversee thework of PE teachers within the Girls program providing guidancesupport and professional developmentopportunities.
- Build strong relationships withstudents staff and parents promoting a positive and inclusiveenvironment within the Girls PEprogram.
- Champion equal opportunities for allgirls to participate and excel in PE andsports.
The IdealCandidate :
- Possesses aQualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education or a closelyrelated subject.
- Demonstrates a strong passionfor physical activity and sport with a proven track record ofsuccess in leading and developing PE programs forgirls.
- Excels in leadership communicationinterpersonal skills and collaboration.
- Has adeep understanding of the National Curriculum for PE and theability to create innovative and engaging learningexperiences.
- A commitment to promoting equalityinclusivity and the importance of physical and mental wellbeingwithin the Girls PEprogram.
