The People Services team here at BDCT are looking for a new People Advisor. With our new Hub set up you will be responsible for the long lasting positive changes that we are looking to implement across the trust with focus on continuous improvement at the centre of everything we do.

Under the management of a People Business Partner, the post holder is responsible for providing professional support in the provision of a People Operations service within the Trust.
The post holder will work to a People Business Partner and will operate around all business units and corporate services across the Trust.
Focusing on a key area in one of 3 people services hubs: employee relations,
attendance or projects, as directed by Senior People Business Partner. This role will also be supporting other areas of people services as requested and handling day-to day ad hoc queries in a range of people services issues.
This role will work as an advisor to Trust managers on a wide range of People operational issues ensuring Trust standards and policies are adhered to in a consistent manner. The role will have a focus on providing excellent customer service with a right first time approach that supports the Trust values and aim to provide outstanding care.
