Interim HR Business Partner 6-month FTC initially North Bristol - Hybrid / Flexible (2 days/week in the office. Henlee Resourcing urgently seeks an experienced HR Business Partner, for an exciting 6-month fixed-term contract with a renowned tech business in North Bristol.
This unmissable opportunity will require you to make an immediate impact, within a fast-paced environment, growing rapidly through acquisition. You'll partner closely with the Head of HR, playing a key role in driving organisational development and design, transformation and TUPE,
as well as managing several other people focused projects. What you'll be doing: "There are around 20 key activities that need executing in the next 6 months"
- Lead on organisational development, design and transformation in a matrixed, c2000 employee business.
- Manage complex TUPE and ensure smooth integration.
- Work hand-in-hand with the People Partners to support the business through change.
- Provide strategic input and expert HR advice at senior levels.
What you'll need:
- Extensive experience in OD and transformation.
- Proven expertise in handling complex TUPE.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and navigate challenging issues with resilience and professionalism.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with minimal direction.
