An exciting and scaling FinTech in the City of London is seeking an experienced Head of Client Management to join the business on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid working and it is offering a base in the region of £130,000.
The ideal candidate will be coming from a Financial Services background and has an excellent understanding of the middle and back-office functions. The roles responsibilities cover leadership, strategic planning, relationships & account management and team management.
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
A strong background within financial services. Ideally from sell-side or buy-side environments
A good understanding of the middle and back-office functions
A successful track record of growing and nurturing existing relationships
A customer-focused mindset with a track record of achieving revenue growth
Proven experience in a managerial role within Relationship Management and/or Account Management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
