We are seeking a talented professional to join our fashion team, focusing on merchandising and inventory management. This role will involve analysing trade performance, conducting market research, and collaborating across departments to ensure product success and optimal inventory levels. Main Responsibilities Will Include:

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly, quarterly, and seasonal reports on trade and inventory performance to provide actionable insights. Conduct post-event analyses to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Product Reviews: Compile seasonal product reviews, assessing hits,
misses, and future opportunities. Provide monthly website analyses with recommendations for enhancements.

Market Research: Conduct competitive analyses to inform product, pricing, and promotional strategies, identifying market opportunities and gaps.

Trend Forecasting: Forecast seasonal trends and collaborate with the design team to suggest product development directions.

Assortment Planning: Develop assortment plans based on Open-To-Buy (OTB) parameters, managing product selection and order placements accordingly.

Operational Coordination: Work with marketing to create launch-specific plans and coordinate with operations to monitor delivery schedules for timely product launches.

Inventory Management: Evaluate in-season buy adjustments, oversee inventory allocations to e-commerce channels, and execute replenishments to maintain optimal stock levels.

Promotions Strategy: Strategise promotions and discounts to achieve revenue and inventory goals,
preparing monthly inventory progression reports.
Person Specification:
- Experience: 4+ years in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Communication: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: A genuine passion for streetwear fashion and trends.
