The role and what youll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

As our Business Development Manager for Cloud & Digital Transformation Solutions, you'll embody this unique balance, offering personalised attention while leveraging our substantial capabilities to drive significant change.

Your role will be crucial in helping our clients navigate their digital transformation journeys with the care and attention of a boutique firm, backed by the robust solutions and expertise of a larger organization. You'll be the face of Littlefish, building strong, lasting relationships with clients while showcasing our ability to deliver enterprise-grade cloud and digital solutions.

We believe that every client deserves a tailored approach to their digital evolution. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding each client's unique challenges and aspirations, crafting bespoke solutions that align perfectly with their needs. At the same time,





you'll demonstrate how Littlefish's comprehensive capabilities can support even the most ambitious transformation projects.

You will focus on four key areas of our solution portfolio, always emphasising our personalised approach and delivery prowess:

- Public Cloud Transformation: guiding customers in building cloud strategies that are not only 'smart' but also aligned with their individual business goals, leveraging our expertise across multiple cloud platforms.
- Digital Workplace Modernisation: Illustrating how we create agile, collaborative, and secure digital workplaces that boost productivity and satisfaction, tailored to each client's unique culture and requirements.
- Developer Velocity:





Showcasing how we can empower our clients' development teams with tailored DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Native Application Platforms, and Observability solutions that fit their specific needs and scale.
- Data-Driven Intelligence: Demonstrating how we can help organisations of all sizes harness the power of their data through customised analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions, backed by our robust technical capabilities

Your role will be to leverage your sales acumen and deep understanding of cloud and digital technologies to identify opportunities where Littlefish's personalised approach and delivery capabilities can make a real difference. You'll articulate how our solutions add tangible value, enabling organisations to innovate faster and operate more efficiently,





all while receiving the attentive service of a smaller firm.

Your main duties will include:

- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across our key solution areas: Public Cloud Transformation, Digital Workplace Modernisation, Developer Velocity, and Data-Driven Intelligence
- Engaging with clients at all levels, from IT managers to C-suite executives
- Building trust-based relationships and positioning Littlefish as a trusted advisor
- Crafting and presenting tailored solution proposals






- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure innovative, client-aligned solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to deal closure
- Contributing to Littlefish's growth strategy and market positioning
- Developing business plans and working with marketing on targeted campaigns
- Maintaining a thought leadership presence in relevant industry communities
- Embodying our company values in all client interactions, balancing personalised service with enterprise-grade capabilities

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

- Proven experience in selling cloud and digital transformation solutions to a diverse range of clients
- Strong ability to build and maintain personal relationships with clients at all levels






- Excellent understanding of how to tailor complex technical solutions to individual client needs
- Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle for both smaller, agile projects and larger, complex transformations
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate complex value propositions in a clear, client-focused manner
- Experience in working collaboratively with technical teams to craft bespoke solutions
