School Administrator Wanted at Prestwich School
Are you an organized and motivated individual with SIMS experience? We're looking for a School Administrator to join our friendly team at a Prestwich school.
Position: School Administrator
Location: Prestwich
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: Up to £95 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school
- Managing parent liaison, including handling inquiries and communications
- Meeting and greeting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assisting with student data management using the SIMS system
- Supporting the school team with ad-hoc admin tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience using SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
- Previous experience in a school setting is an advantage
