Elite full-service law firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Litigation Legal PA on an initial 12 month FTC, to provide support to a team of Partners within their prestigious Real Estate practice group.
- Salary to £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary / PA with proven experience of working within a Real Estate / Property Litigation team or practice group.
Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners.
- Organising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller events.
- Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners.
- Prepare, amend,
and proofread documents.
- Proactive and advanced calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls/meetings).
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm's billing systems.
- Supporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid bills.
- Coordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of Partners.
Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm.
- Experience of working within a Real Estate / Property Litigation practice is beneficial.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
- Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
