The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial real estate partner to join a niche firm based in the heart of London's West End.
The firm's existing areas of focus include both development and investment. As one example, they have recently acted on a complex transaction involving 45 acres of heavily contaminated land and dealt with complex environmental issues while negotiating pre-let with national retailers.
Several of the firm's partners bill over £1 million a year; the quality of work is on par with Tier 1 real estate firms and is very impressive, making it an excellent place to establish and grow your client base.
They're open to those who focus on either development or investment clients.
This is a busy and growing firm; they're highly profitable,
and they are offering the right people to join as an equity partner.
Requirements:
- An existing commercial property partner.
- An excellent track record in business development.
- The ideal candidate for this role would be a down-to-earth, heavy-hitting real estate lawyer who is looking to join in on an already successful venture to add further value and, ultimately, enjoy working with like-minded rainmakers.
