Eden Scott's client who is based in Edinburgh is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their growing organisation The successful individual will work in a team who will support and guide them in this roleKey Responsibilities:Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. Assisting in the preparation of client documentation, reports, and financial reviews.
Responding to client queries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Updating and maintaining accurate client records on internal systems. Supporting the team with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Person SpecificationStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
