It is the model upon which all the other Solicitors’ Property Centres have been based and it is one of the largest Centres in the country offering an unrivalled range of facilities. With the original aim of making house-hunting easy for the public by providing one central place to search for local property, we advertise thousands of properties on behalf of our member solicitor firms through our website and Property Information Centre in Aberdeen.
We have the opportunity for a Property Assistant to join our team at our city centre office on a part-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate must be personable,
possess excellent attention to detail and be willing to go the extra mile to provide first class customer service to our service users. Principal duties:Deal with enquiries received by telephone, email or face to face in a professional and courteous manner
Input data into electronic systems
Check details of all properties submitted thoroughly before publishing on website
Maintain records of property listings
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:A confident telephone manner
Good written communication
Ability to maintain accuracy
Knowledge of common IT systems including Microsoft Outlook and ExcelGood local knowledge of the North East of ScotlandHours of work:20 hours per week minimum as stated below, with optional additional hours available by negotiation:Monday 9am to 6pmFriday 9am to 5pmSaturday 9am to 1pmLocation:This position is officed based, from our Property Centre at Holburn Junction (2-10 Holburn Street, Aberdeen, AB10 6BT)Benefits:Company pension
