We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Coordinator (Groups)to become part of our Team at The Ascott Hospitality UK.
As our Sales Coordinator (Groups), you will:
- Support the Reservations team by responding to all group reservations enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring the clients' requirements are met and expectations managed
- Coordinate requests for proposals and contracts for London properties
- Drive up-selling of rooms, supporting Company's performance
- Compile reports as and when necessary and when requested
- Support the Sales team with Groups enquiries
- Use RMS system to amend, correct and confirm reservations
- Take ownership of all Groups related tasks in the absence of the Groups Executive
- Handle guest complaints with a genuine caring attitude
