Customer Experience Representative
Company: Business Bliss, Fujairah, UAE (Remote Work)
40 hours per week

Role Overview

As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will manage client interactions across multiple channels, including email and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include processing orders, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for all our customers. You’ll also play a crucial role in maintaining clear and professional communication while supporting our international client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Processing: Manage and process new orders, ensuring all client information is accurate and complete.
- Client Communication:





Liaise with new and existing clients via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Customer Support: Provide clear and accurate advice, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.
- Live Chat Management: You may be asked to handle live chat interactions, offering assistance and promoting our services when appropriate.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all communications are free from spelling and grammatical errors, maintaining our high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and other departments as needed, with training provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Communication Skills: Great verbal and written communication abilities, with a clear, articulate, and professional telephone manner.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent spelling and grammatical skills to maintain high-quality interactions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and create a positive, long-lasting impression with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.






- Adaptability: Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to different roles within the team.

Working Hours

- Hours: To be discussed and agreed upon.
- Example Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- One late shift per week: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Occasional monthly Saturday shift: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Employment Details

- Type: Freelance Position
- Tax Requirements: Please check your country’s requirements for self-assessment tax returns if applicable.
- Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree or higher
