Part Time Finance Assistant
Hours of Work: 5 - 8 hours/week
Salary: £15.22 p/h
Fully Flexible – Work From Home
We are currently looking to a appoint a self employed Part time Finance Assistant (WFH) to support our Management Accountant with finance duties for a 59 bedroom Hotel based in London. Would suit self employed worker or someone looking to supplement their income with a finance background, training given, immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Prepare & process invoices, expense reports & other financial documents in Sage 50
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Support the Management Accountant with various Month End tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role at least 3 years
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- 3 Years experience in Finance role
- Flexibility based on work needs some weeks will be higher demand than others
- Able to invoice hours worked weekly
