What’s In It For You

Your future within this role will be focused on software and technologies, which are rapidly growing within the automotive industry as we move towards a more software-defined car. This puts you at the forefront of the industry, with the opportunity to work on artificial intelligence as we transition to a more software-defined car. You’ll be based at our Gaydon headquarters,

with occasional travel to Wellesbourne and other sites within the UK. Plus, you’ll gain a Chartered Manager (CMI Level 5) qualification along the way.

We Also Offer

- A starting salary of £34,200 with performance-based increments.
- Annual bonus (discretionary).
- Medical cover, life assurance, and pension scheme.
- Access to our car scheme and a range of partner discounts.

If you’re ready to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of automotive innovation, apply now and be a part of something extraordinary.

For over 111 years, Aston Martin has been crafting the most exquisitely addictive performance sports cars. But no one builds an Aston Martin alone. Behind every car are hundreds of dedicated dreamers, darers, and doers, making extraordinary things happen every day.

When you join us, you’re not just part of a company. You are part of a legacy. We’re embarking on an exciting new era and need the best people to help us shape the future of our business. This is your opportunity to write your own chapter in Aston Martin’s story.
