This internationally renowned interior design and architecture studio is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer. Acclaimed for creating luxury spaces in both residential and hospitality sectors, the studio has established a prestigious reputation.
Located in the vibrant design hub of central London, the studio is looking for someone with experience managing small to medium-scale interior projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be involved in the conceptual design process, contributing inspirational ideas, compiling FF&E; cost estimates, writing finishes schedules, and coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure detailed project delivery.
Typical project responsibilities include cost management, accurate FF&E; estimates, obtaining quotes, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining orderly documentation. The candidate should be highly presentable, enjoy client-facing activities, and excel in design presentations.
You should have a strong creative vision and the ability to deliver well-considered, luxurious, and practical schemes. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach and maintain integrity.
Familiarity with RIBA design stages is crucial. Candidates should possess a recognised Interior Design degree and have 3-5 years of post-graduation experience.
