Job Description
Portico are on the lookout for a Reception Manager to oversee our small team based at a multi tenanted building in the City.
The Reception Manager at this location is expected to be highly involved in the day-to-day operation, ensuring that the highest level of customer services is consistently delivered by the team, as well as arranging pop-ups & events in the lobby area and being the main point of contact between the client, the tenants, other service providers, and the Portico team.
Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, the successful Reception Manager will have full management duties to the team. They will authorise absences and annual leave, assist in the completion of monthly reports and payroll,
manage the buildings social media, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with shifts between 8am-5pm
Salary: £41,921
