Description
- Coordinate transport and delivery of goods in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer enquiries or complaints.
- Work closely with the Logistics department to streamline operations.
- Monitor and report on transport and delivery performance.
- Ensure all transport and delivery activities comply with legal and company regulations.
- Assist with the training and development of new team members.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
Profile
A successful Transport and Customer Service Coordinator should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software for logistics and customer service management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
