Work with a leading Software Organisation as they scale their IT team following a recent IPO. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is excited to develop their experience within IT Support at a reputable global organisation!
They are seeking a talented and autonomous IT Support Engineer to assist across first line support for infrastructure, software and network connectivity, as well as working with vendors and suppliers of hardware.
Requirements
- Experience providing remote first-line technical support to users
- Strong experience organising and managing data within IT systems and databases
- Experience working across both a BAU and a project based environment
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management experience is crucial
- Ability to perform IT administrative tasks across a remote organisation
