Location: Home-based with occasional client office visits

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role
As a Business Data Analyst at Data Futurists, you'll be at the heart of delivering data-focused business analysis across a wide variety of clients and projects.
Our clients’ needs are ever-evolving, so flexibility and problem-solving are key.
Here's what you can expect to do:
- Collaborate closely with consultants to assess client requirements, with a focus on business processes, systems, and data.
- Provide clear, high-quality documentation that supports the implementation of tailored solutions.
- Work directly with clients to help them understand the benefits of our solutions and guide them through successful implementation, ensuring the solution is fully embedded.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business systems and processes to understand their function and document them effectively.
- Communicate with stakeholders, lead workshops, and gather detailed requirements.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring solutions are practical and seamlessly integrate into their existing systems.
- Design and document innovative solutions based on research and client needs.
- Present findings, including risk and impact assessments, to consultants and clients.
- Oversee the implementation of improvements and deliver training sessions to client teams.
- Gather and analyse datasets from various sources, defining key data performance indicators.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build great relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- One or more of the following:
- Experience in the housing industry
- A passion for data governance, management, and quality
It would be great if you also have:
- Proven experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, understandable way.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
